Website: Ethosendo is a direct care, Endocrinology healthcare provider based in Houston, Texas. They provide consultation and treatment of endocrinology-related diseases including Diabetes Mellitus, Thyroid-related problems such as Hypothyroidism and Hyperthyroidism, Adrenal-related issues such as Adrenal nodule and Hyperaldosteronism, Osteoporosis, Polycystic ovary syndrome, obesity, and more. They focus more on patient well-being and tries to eliminate interference from insurance. They also limit the number of members to maximize time and experience, and keep everything affordable.

Web Design

Improved Structure: We reorganized the website and made it more user-friendly. We began with redesigning the header, move the telephone number to a more visible spot, changed the menu structure to make it a bit more easier to navigate so visitors could easily find what they need. We also made the menu more responsive by converting it into an expandable (hamburger) menu on smaller screens, instead of a dropdown. Next, we redesigned the call-to-action main banner to make it more catchy, including recoloring the call-to-action button to make it brighter. After that, we remove some redundant sections and replace it with more straight to the point information. We also improve some sections, for instance, we replaced the static picture with a video instead. We added some new sections too including testimonies derived from actual Google reviews, and a picture slideshow of the client\'s Endocrinology clinic.

We added new landing pages and improved already existing ones by fixing some of the misaligned elements. We added more information about the service including a summary of the service, a video introduction, reasons to join, testimonies, prices, and a brief explanation of the disease in the form of a FAQ section.

Finally, we reorganized the footer by swapping some links, and moving the Google Map locator in there so user\'s can easily find it.

Responsive: We made sure that the website does not break on smaller screens whether they are viewed on a tablet, on iPads, or mobile phones. The smallest screen it supports goes as far as 280px.

Web Development

Improved PageSpeed Insights Score: We significantly improved the loading speed of the website while making sure that the plugins this site runs on still works and no functionality is crippled. This site runs on Elementor, which sometimes produced garbage elements if not properly optimized. We were able to resolve that problem and raised the scores of the pages from bad to good. There are pages that we are able to raise the performance score up to 97.

Removed Malicious Code: There was initially a plugin vulnerability that allowed a virus to enter and plague this website. The malicious code corrupted some of WordPress\' files altering the function to occasionally redirect the visitor to a scam website. We removed the virus and updated the vulnerable plugin to the patched version.

Customized Functionality: We added a special tool called Asset Builder. The tool can be utilized in the backend and allows quick editing and customization of website pages. It is also capable of building new custom pages by simply inserting HTML code into a page. The built elements can also be reuse on other pages, eliminating redundant coding.

Digital Marketing

Increased Traffic: As per Google Analytics Report, the website started with a measly 0-10 daily visitors, but since we started development of the website later in the month of September 2021, the website started to gain more traffic, increasing up to 20-50 per day. This continued to grow and peaked on June 30, 2022 with a 2,563 unique visitors. Now, the website has normally up to 200 daily average viewers on weekdays and around 100 on the weekends.
