Eric Ramirez is a Senior Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer and a PhD in AI. He is also the founder of Neo Tokyo AI, an AI-focused software development company.

Web Design and Web Development
Dynamic and Responsive: Our client wanted a mobile-first website, and that is exactly what we delivered. The website adjusts smoothly to different screen sizes, with text scaling to match smaller screens while ensuring readability. The Featured Projects section on the main page shows only three projects on initial load, with a button that, when clicked, reveals additional links to project pages. The client wanted his homepage to establish positioning and credibility within 30 seconds, so we made sure that all essential information regarding his background and skill sets is presented immediately and clearly. Links to his GitHub, LinkedIn, and resume are also provided, along with a summary of his capabilities. As a researcher, we also included links to his written articles on the front page for easy access. The navigation menu transforms into a hamburger menu on tablet and mobile devices to ensure that access to different pages of his site is always maintained.
Wireframe and Design: The client provided us with a wireframe generated by AI to save on web design costs. We evaluated the wireframe and its design and found it to be good, so we adopted it. We then converted the provided images into HTML and CSS.
The client wants his article pages set up in a way where the article is on the left while the comments are in a sidebar on the right, so we customized the pages to look exactly like that. Normally, the comments would be below the article.
Project Page showcases all of the client’s work. The projects link to their respective pages, where they are professionally presented. If the client creates hundreds of projects in the future and adds them here, they will automatically be paginated to reduce page size and optimize loading time.
We provided the client with a contact form that sends him an email when someone wants to reach out to him.
Hosting
The client chose to host his portfolio on our server, eliminating the need to manage updates or security. Our team takes care of all maintenance, ensuring the site remains secure and up to date at all times.
In addition, hosting with us gives him access to advanced tools that aren’t available elsewhere. He also benefits from using Elementor to design and customize his website at no additional cost.
